I agree, too many people yell at the older dog, when actually they are just trying to teach the puppy to behave. She's doing the same thing the mama would be doing. Puppies can be quite obnoxious believe it or not, and their little teeth are razor sharp, so let you adult be the alpha, she’ll help you train the puppy.
