Excitement peeing does seem to be pretty common in female dogs. My ZoE would occasionally do this when she was younger if a friend of mine came into the house & talked to her in a very high pitched voice. It's almost like it was her cue to get all worked up & excited, and then she'd piddle on the floor.

Luckily I only had a couple of friends that used that high-pitched baby-talk kind of voice to greet her. I simply told them to stop doing it and to just calmly walk in & ignore her. Now when they come over, ZoE just sniffs at them as they walk by, waits for them to sit down and then climbs in their lap to be petted....no more peeing
