Hi Donna...first its "Shih Tzu" pronounced shid zu... second I would never yell at you..lol! My kids were much younger when I had my Lhasa, I think my youngest was two, four, and 10. So I need a larger pup, as I said Rankin was wonderful with them...and you are right he was impeccably groomed, and he was professionaly trained..didn't have the inclination to do it myself, not with three little ones and being single AND working full time....training a dog was not in my vocabulary, sorry couldn't do it. You are absolulty right IMHO a larger dog is better with little ones. I always wanted a yorkie, but had to wait because of the kids. Now the KIDS are 21, 23, and 27. We now have not one but three yorkies...What can I say, I just love these little stinkers!
