I think many of us have done that. Sometimes what we intend to mean & how it comes across to others can be a bit different. The one phrase I remember my Mum saying to me over & over again during my teen years when I got in trouble for how I talked to her was , "It's not what you say, it's how you say it!"
Many of us would benefit from taking a moment to read what we typed before we hit the Submit Reply button....myself included.
