I'm east of Vancouver, WA. Where in WA are you located> I wouldn't mind driving a small distance to pick up a doggie if it's the right one. I went to the shelter today, they have lots of lhaso apso's (sp), those are considerably larger than I want. Do you have the link to your local shelter I would be interested in seeing the yorkies/other breeds that are available.
BUT I also got some good/bad news.
The little doggie I rescued is apparently a frequent flyer to the humane society, they told me I should have kept the dog
... They said if the dog comes in to the humane society one more time the dog will not be returned to the owner, I gave them my number and told them if that dog comes in again to please call me because our family would love that dog. I am not going to count on that doggie, we will continue looking for our own family dog. I wouldn't be able to live with myself keeping a dog that doesn't belong to me, but maybe if she gets caught again we will be first on the call list for her, poor little doggie.
