Growing back to the floor in two months is very fast. I don't know how tall she is, but most Yorkies hair only grows about 1/4 of inch a month, with cotton coats growing faster than silky coats. Did you cut it or shave it? If it's been 3 months, it should have grown about 3/4 of an inch, and if you really don't think it's grown at all, I'd see a vet. By the way, has she be spayed?
