What medicine did they put you on? When I was diagnosed with diabetes because of my PCOS they put me on a medicine that constantly put me in the bathroom and eventually had to go off of it because my body never got used to it so that could be the cause not the chocolate. Also be careful with things that have xyolitol in them because they are toxic to your dog.
