Thank God!! We thought Toto was the only one who "talked"!! She very seldom ever actually barks but she has the sweetest little tiny voice and she talks to us all the time!! And I swear, we have tried different commands/sentences with different "tones" & she DOES know what we are telling her!! AND she talks back to us! I am so thankful for a place to say these things and people don't think I am absolutely crazy!!
