I don't think he kept a list of names.

If you re-watch Season 4 Episode 4, you will see Hank showing Walt Gale's notebook. It said "to W.W." on the front ... and then Walt smartly flipped thru pages and said "look it's a poem by Walt Whitman... your W.W." And Hank had jokingly said "WW... Walter White?" and Walt held his hands up and said "You caught me!" or "guilty" or something like that. Back in season 3, Gale had given him the book as a gift because he looked up and admired Walt. He had quoted a Walt Whitman poem the first day they met in the lab I believe.

I think it's going to hit Hank. Obviously he's not going to want to believe it. But really... there's no question, I don't think. He's going to realize it. He now will know that Walt is Heisenburg, but Walt won't know that Hank knows... ahh it's going to get SOO good.
Okay, at first I thought that, but then I thought that was just so stupid, how would he give her the cigerette and she's smarter than that, so I assumed it was the names, but I think your right. Thanks for clearing that up, I need to watch this show with you all, I get so confused! By the way, you really catch the details don't you, good going!
