Only thing I know to do is teach "Leave it" well and keep the doggies on leads until they are truly trained. It's instinctive for dogs to want to go after things like this so only training can overcome instinct. Until the training if perfected, perhaps soft muzzles when the froggies are around will help keep them from opening their mouth up enough to get them in it?
