I might leave Tibbe with a toy dog daycare if they passed a Secret Service clearance and I had vetted them in all spheres for about 6 mos and scoped the place and its people out head to toe and questioned them on how they handle things such as medical emergencies, etc. (Thank goodness I'm not obsessive or anything!)
