Debbie, ask your daughter if she received an email from yahoo asking to confirm her password before all of this happened? Also, ask your daughter whom she talked to or had fights with either online or off. Maybe she shared some info/photos without realizing whom she was dealing with? It is hard to break yahoo passwords by a novice and a pro will not need your daughter's picture. So, it was either someone she knew or someone got her info without her knowing it (phishing email). Stealing a picture from your daughter's computer is also unlikely. Talk to your daughter, alone. |
