I am so sorry for you and your whole family. I would get a good picture of Teddy and take it to a local photo place. Get it blown up to a 8x10 size and get it on a poster. Place it in as many popular and unpopular stores, restaurants, pet stores, post offices and outside poles and buildings as possible. It is amazing how descriptions can be misinterpreted by various people. As they say, "a picture is worth a thousand words." Be sure to offer a reward on it. Don't specify the amount but put REWARD in the biggest letters. Go back and replace posters that may have been taken down or rained on.
I hope you will hear something very soon. Many times local radio stations will mention lost animals as a public service. Newspapers usually offer free lost and found ads as well. Keep pounding the pavement. A little dog can cover a large amount of space in a short amount of time or he could be holed up some where nearby. Don't stop asking people over again. It will keep the little guy in everyone's mind and if someone has him it is more likely someone will let you know that they know someone has him. Make this little guy the most famous little dog in that county! |
