Do you really think that the MO of this breeder is brand new with this type of breeder? Perhaps we are being judgemental but that would be based on seeing this sort of thing over and over again with other breeders that were not reputable at all and knowing full well what the outcome will be with most puppies they sell.
Same drill for someone who thinks they can go buy a champion line or show dog from a reputable show breeder. The prospective purchaser will say all sorts of things but the longtime experience show breeder knows when they are being scammed most of the time. All we have to do is listen to what the person is saying, the prospective alleged future show breeder has no intention of showing a dog, only want champion lined dogs to breed because they think they can charge more for their puppies. They tip their hand everytime although they have no clue what the heck happened then will call the show breeder a snob or all sorts of names. In reality the reputable show breeder knows exactly what the intent is and does not want to risk her/his lines.
The wheels fell off the puppy selling world I would say at least 10 years ago. It has been about that long if not longer that people have cropped up everywhere breeding and selling for profit whatever the market wants to buy no other reason for breeding and that includes the designer dog fad. In over 10 years there is not anything unique that a dog seller/breeder can come up with in their fables of what they are about. And with their websites, they do not have a clue what is a red flag because they dont think ethically so don't know what is obviously tipping their hand to what type of breeder they are.
