It just seems that dogs have the bad genes for this affliction. We cannot blame ourselves, I know that now.
May your little Nia beat this disease and make her loving momma feel better.
We are here whenever you want to talk, it does help to share the stress and pain.
Love and peace.
Yes, sadly, we are joined by the misery of this terrible diease. I will never understand, why, our babies have to suffer.

I did the same thing, questioned everything I might have done, that contributed to Sydney's kidney's failing. But my Vet, who is a dear friend, explained to me, that it is part of the aging process.

Still, I feel that she should have had annual renal function tests when she began her Senior years.

Thank you-I hope that Kia will have more time than Sydney was given, but I do not want her to suffer. I promised her, that I would never let her suffer.

I didn't let Sydney suffer, although, letting her go was the most painful thing in my life. I really needed her.

Thank you for being here.

YT has some amazing, compassionate members.

We all share something wonderful.....our love for our Yorkies.
