You can use Imageshack to resize it you just need to have to have a log in : ImageShack® - Online Photo and Video Hosting
1. Browse
2. Change image resize to 320x240 or 640x480 choices will work.
3. Label image NO
4. Upload Now
5. View full size
6. Right click and Save image as: (Important: be sure to add a letter or # at the end of the file name or it will replace your existing photo.)
7. Open the file you want to save it in and than click save.
