What I really meant is the right kind of chews for your dog, bc your dog has to like them...and want to really gnaw and scrape at them. We use raw non-consumbable bones (mostly Bison back), CET (about 3 kinds), and 3-4 other kinds we get at the pet food boutique (like the organic/wheat free etc ones). The raw ones seem to be giving them the most benefit - bc once the meat is gone, they scrape nice and good. We get the bison bones at Whole Foods and have the butcher cut them in 1/3rds, so each rib usually gives about 3 servings (so we end up w/ a total of around 20 raw bones for about $8 or so.
