Welcome to the puppy stage, it brings back fond memories of a Yorkie attacking my slippers and grabbing my pant legs while I was putting them on.
Teresa gave you very good advice along with the poster who suggested ignoring and removing the puppy from the situation (where they can bite). I did this with Sophie Kate and it did not take her long to realize this was not acceptable behavior.
