I have to agree, puppies do not always stink. I volunteer at a rescue every weekend and we get a lot of puppies. There is a very strict puppy care and cleaning protocal that we follow and honestly their area never smells badly (or maybe they're just so cute I am overlooking their stinky little behinds).

OP, go with what you know- if you think the breeder may be a Puppy Mill or a BYB don't purchase a puppy.

Good luck, do not give you up will find the perfect puppy.
