Good question! I like the base of the tail look for ultra-feminine dresses and a shorter, younger length on the style of the dress....like a tennis-type of dress. If a store bought dress is too short you can attach some tuille and an extra layer to it to make it longer if the dress is too short... so with me, its both lengths...
