Default One Eye Left got a cataract !

My 11 yr. old 3 1/2 lb. yorkie has had one eye out 3 yrs ago due to glaucoma. Yesterday her only good eye was diagnosed with a cataract. The eye vet says she has to get a dental done first, then eye testing to see if the only eye left is healthy for a cataract, then the actual lens will be put in. There are no guarantees to any of these procedures, the total cost for the eye vet will be $4300, not including the dental first. She's so depressed, I'm feeling bad but keeping positive as her biological sister age 14 yrs is blind from Progressive Retina Atrophy, eye issues inherited from their parents. I'm feeling alone, has anyone here had any experience with older dogs with dental cleanings. Both have not been eating well, we think now its their teeth, of which both should be done. No guarantees if they will make it thru that, if they do, then they should have a few more years left of quality life. Any information would be of great help, please pray for my little ones, Thanks so much.
