I used to pick a day...that never worked for me. I guess I this was the right time to do it! I'm not sure if I could have done it without the e-cig...Although I did it once years ago and quit for 7 yrs...started back up again when I went through my divorce...I know...bad excuse...with the e-cig I fell like I'm still smoking...not that it tastes the same but, I am still "inhaling" and have something to hold in my hand..It really does take the edge off...Good Luck to you!
