Toto's is thick & cottony and grows to the floor. She mats if you look at her straight!!
When we
finally made the decision to let her have a really short cut, I, of course, discussed it with our vet and he said absolutely not until spring/summer!!
He said the Colorado winter would just be way too cold for this little cold natured "Princess"!!
Can't wait until spring .... snip, snip, snip!!!
