I gotta get back on this thread. I need to be more honest with what I eat. Today I have half a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo, mustard, and a small salad with cukes, tomatoes, carrots with balsamic.
Lunch, half an albacore sandwich w lettuce tomato, tartar on the side, and tri tip sandwich on grilled sourdough(fattening

only had one side of the bread) with steak sauce, chalola. lettuce, tomato.
Lord help me with dinner now.
