Oh, I'll bet they were. Scotty strutted with his chest out for a week after he bagged his mouse. He was forever on mousehunt duty thereafter I was forever having the exterminator out! dead mouse hanging from its mouth! Thought I might die of cardiac arrest right then and there! And it was no easy task to get him to "leave it"! But he was so proud!
