I had found him on puppyfind.com, his name is Oscar. We trust him just because we had got another yorkie from him before, so we're hoping that he wouldn't treat us badly...

Yes she did get the puppy. She called the Sherrif asked if they could help cuz she had a problem she very nicely explained the situation and how she really didn't want to have to press charges etc., etc., and the sherrif called her back in a couple hours and told her it was resolved, the breeder called her with some gobblygook and she had her pup! It doesn't hurt to ask, all they can do is say no, right?
