Default My house smells like dog!

We got home last night and realized our house smells like dog. What do you all do to keep your homes from smelling? This has just started since we got Harley on Tuesday. So I assume it has something to do with having two dogs inside.

Only one room in the "front of the house" (they aren't in the rest of the house unsupervised) is carpeted and that is the room that smells the strongest. Funny thing is Harley only goes through the carpeted room to go out to potty. Gabby spends a lot of time in the carpeted room as it is my sewing room and she likes to be near me when I'm working.
Harley has (of course) had accidents in the house but it's been cleaned immediately and deodorized with Odoban. I have allergies and am sensitive to many of the deodorizers out there. Any suggestions for how I can keep my home from smelling bad?
