We play a lot of "Chase Sophie Kate", she will grab something she shouldn't have and take off in a full run. Usually she sneaks a piece of paper off the coffee table and kind of casually walks by me with a "na na look what I have" attitude, when I get up to get it she takes off up the stairs, around the bed, behind the chair, out of the bedroom down the stairs into the dinning room (you get the hint).
