Everyone has been rescued in Placquamines Parrish where water was coming over the levee wall. This is in Louisiana. Downgraded to tropical storm. It is still sling tornados. We still haven't got anything but light rain and wind but Gulfport, about 30 minutes away is getting severe weather. Headed my way late tonight or in the morning. moving at 6 mph.
