My baby does the same thing and I know she is well fed. She's just a vaccuum cleaner when it comes too food. I feed her twice a day. I used to feed her 3 smaller meals a day but I noticed she wasn't eating the 3rd meal so I went back too two larger meals a day. Same amount a food a day but for some strange reason she didn't like it when I broke it down to 3 meals a day instead of two.
At 14 weeks, she is still growing. Some advocate free feeding for puppies, others prefer scheduled feedings to better monitor "output". Do you feed her any snacks or treats in between meals? Do you have nutrical on hand? Has she been vet checked? If the vet gave her thumbs up, just chalked it up to having a little piggy.
