I fully admit, I do NOT like most sushi because I'm new to eating fish and have a severe gag reflex if I perceive something as "fishy". I will (and do) try different sorts over and over int he hopes that I will get over it
Octopus, squid, raw fish, escargot, shellfish, raw oysters ~ ALL GOOD

I lOVE octopus, but you are putting even more people off from it by talking about grilling chunks of the arm
