Not sure where you live? But what about a "western" themed party? With hoseback riding lessons or a camp out where the food could be western and authentic with a camp fire etc. I know in Oklahoma they have cabins for rent on real ranches and they are really cool and some even give horseback lessons.. maybe you might have something like that in you area? Another suggestion would be a best dressed award for the best dressed "cowgirl".
Another one since we are getting ready to head into cooler months (not sure when her Bday is) might be to have a Luau themed party. You can find tons of stuff for that type of party if you like that one..
