Do you have access to a pool? A pool party and a cook out is always a nice idea.
Better yet a slumber party: At that age my daughter and her friends alway enjoyed it when we put up the tent in the back yard. They played some out door games. Had water balloon fights, and against my better judgment I even let them go triolet papering, even showed them how to do it. They listened to music and had a fire and roasted hot dogs and marshmallow and we made smoores.
It was such an awesome time and I miss days like those. The girls still talk about those times when we get together.
