I would suggest asking if you can pick a pup (or maybe even take both) to a vet to be checked, even if you have to leave a deposit or something, or even have the breeder go with you. You want to make sure the pup is healthy and that it doesn't have bad knees (luxating patella). I cannot say about the ears. If the hair is cut real short on the upper 1/3 - 1/2 of the ears and you tape them for awhile, they might stand up. One of my yorkies has one ear that stand up and one that is floppy, and my other yorkie has ears that will stand up if the ears are tipped (hair on tops of ears clipped short) but they will be floppy when the hair on the ears gets longer. The price is VERY good (low) so I'd be mostly concerned about getting a healthy puppy. At their current age, I would assume the price is lower because they are getting a little older now and the breeder needs/wants to get them to their forever home(s). Heck, for that price you could get both for less than most pay for one.
