I notice it seems like they breed lots of other dogs which is a red flag and one of the yorkie pups looks off to me. I would ask if they do health testing which I doubt they do selling there pups for that little and if they don't I would not get a pup. Also I would want to see where these pups are growing up, there parents, and know what kind of health guarantee is offered. Normally selling a pup that cheap means they cut corners and thats not good.
