Teeth Look at their bite!

If you see pictures of Wosie, you will see her tongue is out in almost every shot. That is because (flawed pup that she is) my darling girl has an overbite. Her top teeth hang over her bottom teeth and therefore her teeny tongue is allowed to escape her mouth quite often. I do not worry about it, in fact, it is quite comical. It's pretty easy for me to tell when she IS thirsty as I use her tongue as a thirst-o-meter. I just grab it and feel it, and if it's dry, I insist she has water, LOL!

Open your pups lips slightly and examine their bite. If you see the top and bottom teeth are not meeting in the front, and the top hangs over, the tongue will hang out!

By the way, I have an overbite too!! I try to keep my tongue in my mouth, tho...
