ok so I just got my yorkie yesterday and the previous owner said he was wee wee pad trained well I took him home last night he hasn't been peeing or pooping on the pads and this morning he did the same he's peeing every where and pooping ... Is it Bc it's a new environment? And how can I re train him ... Also he keeps me up all night is this normal .. We played with him all day and night but he doesn't tire out !!! Help please
