It comes down to the individual person and what their doctor thinks is best for them. My bf doesn't want to take the dogs to the farmer's market anymore even though many people bring theirs and in fact is encouraged, bc he feels it attracts too much attention, and I agree with him. He doesn't like to make small talk with strangers, I don't like to entertain talking to kids, so we both agreed to leave the dogs at home when we go. For us it brings more stress LOL
