I see your point but I dont see what a dog on the patio outside is imposing on anyone. My dogs leashes were tied to the table leg and they quietly sat there while we ate. All the time we have been there we have never seen a dog make a scene. If its because of allergies your out inthye fresh air so it seems it wouldnt be a problem
