I currently have a free trial for 2 of my pups through Trupanion. However, my vet recommended that I go with PetPlan when my trial is over. The office manager at my vet's office said that PetPlan is easier to work with. (Although I failed to ask her exactly why she thinks that.) One of my pups is 15 weeks old & she's already been hospitalized once for pneumonia. She's a puppy mill rescue so I'm anticipating a variety of issues to eventually come up. Does anyone have any opinions/experiences about either of these companies? Thanks!
