Breeders often buy dogs to breed.
Many cobstantly as line breeding is taboo in many ways for many reasons.
I know many breeders will also jump on that as they do line breed and beleive in it, but the above is why a breeder buys dogs, why breeders co own or trade stud from other lines kennels etc.
More importantly to me is why would she be importing a paperless dog from Korea...huge red flag.
