Silk has the tip of her tongue out a lot too. I have had her almost two weeks and I have yet to see her get a drink of water. I am giving her water from a syringe a couple of times a day and adding water to her food. She is peeing like a racehorse so I don't know when she is drinking. But i, too, am concerned about the tongue sticking out. To me, in her situation, it is like she is thirsty. I just don't know what to do.
