My Munchkin climbed out of her playpen when she was 4 months old and would be waiting for me by the door when I got home. So we tried the baby gates in the kitchen - she went over them. I was afraid to try the tall ones for fear she'd climb and jump and hurt herself. So we blocked off as much of the house as we could, and she had the run of the place at an early age. Granted, we were very careful and had baby-proofed everything so she wouldn't get hurt, but it worked for us. |
