HAVE one like that....actually not the same but close....mine says "do you wanna talk to a man or the woman who knows what she's talking about?" Once I diagnosis a problem or give specifications of a particular piece of equipment, the light bulb usually clicks on that I know what I'm talking about, the endearing terms end immediately, followed by "oh, I'm sorry,
