That may be the reason it is not working for you...You have to get the entire amount from the little tube/vial directly onto the skin...you have to have him sit still long enouigh to part all that hair and get the med directly on the skin...if you do not get it directly on the skin, and it ends up on all that hair instead, it is not going to be as effective....
