Good that you emailed them...I've always found them responsive. Did you take a picture of the piece and of the lot #? Keep a picture so that you send it to them. They use this filter thingy in production that allows a certain size of bone through and into the food. It would be good for them to see the exact size of your piece of bone so that they can determine whether something is wrong w/ that filter thingy. Please keep us posted
