Ohh noo dont worry!! Everything will be fine! I use to be a vet tech and I assited the Vet in spays and neuters, trust me the neuter sx is simple and fast!! Its normal to be nervous, just keep yourself busy keep your mind busy and before you know it they will call you and tell you he is done and everything went fine!!
