She wont stop whimpering unless I pick her up and put her on my shoulder. It's funny because I haven't walked the floors, rubbing a baby in 14 yrs (my youngest child is 14). Now, I'm walking the floors for hours to soothe a furbaby!
I'm exhausted. I tried icing her knee but she wiggles. The vet wont give any additional meds because she's little. I'm ready to collapse, yorkie friends. 
Thanks for your kind words and prayers! They're keeping me going... | If she is in that much pain she needs better meds and an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon.
