My y pup was doing the same thing. She's five months old now, and I think she's finally stopping. I had to watch her every time she pooped on the pads, or she would eat it as fast as she was putting it out, yuck! She has been on frozen pineapples for months. Two in the am and two in the pm. I have to say it really works! Now I'm trying to get her potty outside. That hasn't been so easy, because she's use to the pee pads. Now see really confused! Try the pineapples, but have to be the frozen ones! Good luck!
