My lil Frankie has been messing in the house all week! I don't know what to do! If I let him outside he runs all over the nieghborhood! I call for him and he just goes farther away!
Now my concern about him messing in the house is, it is very loose. I have taken him out on a leash to take him potty but he will just sit there and look at me. I am frustrated and don't know what to do. He is going all over my house! Almost like he can't help it.
Any advice would be great! Thanks!
